Monday, April 16th marks the 5th Annual National Healthcare Decisions Day. Join Americans from across the country to discuss future healthcare decisions and complete advanced directives. All across the country, health-care facilities, health-care professionals, chaplains, the legal community, and many others are participating in a collective effort to inspire, educate, and empower the public and health-care providers about the importance of making advanced healthcare decisions and providing tools for these decisions. Attendees of the NHDD events will learn about and complete a Health-Care Directive. The locations and times are listed below to discuss and complete your Health-Care Directive with a professional.
