SSM Health has opened a new urgent care facility dedicated to behavioral and mental health care.
Patients in need of care for depression, anxiety, psychosis, and other mental health concerns can visit this dedicated facility instead of a general emergency room. Patients can be assessed, receive treatment, and obtain a referral for further services, if needed.
The new facility is located on the campus of Saint Louis University Hospital, in midtown, on Vista Avenue, just off of South Grand Boulevard.
This new facility is SSM’s second walk-in urgent care facility in the area. The first is located on the campus of DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, near the intersection of Interstates 270 and 70.
