MO HealthNet recently announced a new non-emergency medical transportation option for MO HealthNet members. MTM provides free rides to MO HealthNet providers for MO HealthNet participants.
MO HealthNet participants can schedule a ride over the phone by calling 1-866-269-5927. Another option is to schedule a ride on the MTM Link website or through the MTM Link app available from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. To use either the website or the app to schedule a ride, MO HealthNet participants will be required to create an account using their name and member number on their MO HealthNet insurance card.
In urban areas, routine transportation should be scheduled at least two days in advance. In rural areas, transportation should be scheduled at least three days in advance. Urgent transportation to a MO HealthNet provider may also be available on shorter notice.
